It is not necessary to submit a case after submitting an off-cycle request to check the status
- The off-cycle dashboard has been recently redesigned to include more complete and timely status information for off-cycle requests
- Access the dashboard by navigating from UCPath > Quicklinks > Offcycle Dashboard

- TnT Jira was temporarily unavailable Sunday, 1/30/22 for system maintenance. We received conformation that the system is back online and the upgrade implementation was successful. TnT Jira is now running version 8.20.3.
