UCPath recently implemented the below changes.

All UCPath general ledger pages and functionality will be unavailable from 12:00 a.m. PT (midnight) Thursday, January 4 to 12:00 p.m. PT (noon) Monday, January 08 at 12:00 pm to support the UC Davis and UC ANR transition to the Oracle Cloud Financials system.

Other Updates & Reminders:
The location contact lists have been updated to include additional contacts:
- Intercampus Employment – used when an employee is employed by two locations and coordination is needed to align the employee’s FLSA status
- Overpayment Contact – used for communication related to overpayment recovery packets
- Production Calendar Updates – contacts who will receive updates about UCPath production processing schedule changes
- QCU – list of the specific contacts who are authorized to update the QCU contacts
- Authorized location contacts should submit a case to UCPath to update the location contacts. Instructions have been updated and posted on the Location Support Site > Resources > How to > Update Location Contacts
