Other Updates & Reminders:
- Beginning August 14, the new Job Code Lookup System site can be accessed using the original link to the Title Code Web Inquiry System. The new site improves data accuracy, adheres to accessibility guidelines and provides a user-friendly interface
- Employees can access the following new Employee Self-Service training materials in the UCPath self-service help site:
- PHCMPOR111: Employee Actions: Payroll Information: Added “Income” to the Update My Out-Of-State Income Tax Withholding simulation title and updated the Home Address step
- A new simulation, titled “Change Existing Out-Of-State Income Tax Withholding” that explains how to change to a new out-of-state income tax withholding
- Users can access the following new Payroll and Absence Management training materials in the UCPath help site:
- PHCMPAYL200: Additional Compensation and Payroll Requests: Added an update to the Earnings section, reason field, that includes the new Time and Labor Row in the Review Paycheck Summary job aid
- PHCMABML201: Employee Accrual Adjustments: Added scenario for Postdoc sick balances when transferring to another position on the Accrual and Leave Accrual Service Credit Processing Guide for Locations job aid
