UCPath Alert: September Pay End Date Off-Cycle Workaround

On September 29, we received the following alert from the UCPath Center.

The UCPath Center reported an issue with the Pay Period End Date generated on September off-cycle requests (E078) for monthly employees.

What’s happening?

When initiating these requests, the Pay Period End Date and Earnings End populate with 9/27/22 (rather than 9/30/22). This is a known issue, and the UCPath Center has provided a workaround.

What’s the workaround?

  • Enter earnings dates 9/1/22 to 9/27/22 in the Earnings Begin and Earnings End fields of the off-cycle request.
  • In the comments section, provide the remaining earnings for 9/28, 9/29, and 9/30 (as applicable).
