UCPath Alert: Phone System Service Disruption Resolved

On January 21, the UCPath Center (UCPC) resolved the virtual private network (VPN) issue which temporarily prevented incoming and outgoing calls at UCPC.

To: General UCPath Communications distribution

The UCPath virtual private network (VPN) service issue is resolved. Employees and transactors can now call UCPath or schedule callbacks.

Access to user acceptance environment (PLUAT) has been restored.
