- Quick Reference Guides (QRGs): simple, single-page materials that briefly explain a topic and point you to more detailed information.
- Job Aids: comprehensive materials with larger screenshots, high-level summaries, and step-by-step instructions.
Tip: Prefer how-to videos over written instructions? Our training has those too.
