We have updated our deadlines for submitting mass pay files for the last 2 pay periods in December 2022. Please review the information below to ensure that your files are submitted by the deadlines and that your employees are paid on time.
What changes have been made?
The last 2 pay periods in December 2022 have deadlines changing for inbound mass pay files.

Why were these changes made?
We had to change these deadlines to accommodate the limited availability of the system and staff in December 2022, including:
- The UCLA Campus Closure: From December 23 through January 2, the UCLA campus will be closed. Therefore, your payroll partner will not be available to process any pay files and distribute error reports. In addition, the closure means there is no guarantee department staff are available to receive pay file error reports and submit correction files.
