PayPath Lockdown
BW: Feb 20-23
To avoid delays in payroll processing, the UCPath Center will limit system functionality on specific pages from Tuesday, February 20 at 5 p.m. through Friday, February 23 at 6 a.m..
Refer to the UCPath Production Processing Schedule for start and stop times of the Pay Confirm.

2023 W-2 Forms are Now Available!
Employees received an alert from the UCPath Center advising 2023 W-2 statements are now available to access online. Employees who did not opt-in for an electronic version may still access their W-2 in UCPath, and a printed W-2 will be mailed out.
- To access your W-2, visit UCPath and click on Employee Actions > Income and Taxes > View Online W-2/W-2C.
- Please use Chrome or Firefox when downloading your form.

SCT Technical Error Resolved: GAEL Charges Posted to Federal Funds
General and Employment Liability (GAEL) charges that utilized the new Salary Cost Transfer (SCT) tool from November 13, 2023 through January 31, 2024 were incorrectly applied to federal funds. Our UCPath colleagues implemented a permanent solution as of January 29, 2024 to prevent future errors.
Position Funding Report
A new UCPath Cognos report was released in the Campus Data Warehouse (CDW) to help departments identify filled positions that lack funding or have an impending end date. Additionally, it assists users in recognizing vacant positions within their department. For more details, please see review our recent article.
