PayPath Lockdown
Monthly: August 23-30 | Biweekly: August 24-27
To avoid delays in payroll processing, UCPath Center will limit system functionality on specific pages during payroll processing Monday, August 23 at 5PM, through Friday, August 30, 6AM.
Refer to the UCPath Production Processing Schedule for start and stop times of the Pay Confirm.

Upcoming Academic Apprentice Personnel Policy Training - 9/1
Academic Personnel Office (APO) and Graduate Division will host an Academic Apprentice Personnel Policy Training on Wednesday, September 1st, from 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm. This clinic will cover the interpretation and application of Academic Student Employees (ASE) and Graduate Student Researchers (GSR) personnel policies.

Anticipated High Call Volume: Aug 30-31
After the (9/1) paychecks are visible to BW and MO employees online, UCPath Employee Services is anticipating higher call volume on Monday, August 30 through Tuesday, August 31. This may result in case call wait times that are longer than usual.
UCPath Online Demonstrations
The UCPath Center offers UCPath online demonstrations to show how employees can use the portal for a variety of Employee Self-Service (ESS) tasks every Thursday from 2pm to 3pm (excluding university holidays.)
