This course provides an overview of the Staff Policies, Procedures and Practices as it relates to compensation. Touching on key concepts, it will help UCPath Preparers/Submitters and other HR professionals better understand guidelines for processing transactions.
This is not a course on how to utilize UCPath, rather a grounding on what should be known to respond to inquiries and ensure compliance. The course will also cover what preparers need to know about overtime calculations and FLSA.
