PROGRAM 1 FREEZE (MCOP): June 22-25

During the upcoming funding entry freeze, please do not update funding on MCOP positions Monday, June 22, 8AM through Thursday, June 25, 12PM.

Multiple Components of Pay (MCOP) positions are defined as positions funded from at least one contract or grant fund where the employee is paid more than the fund’s cap. You can resume these transactions after the funding rollover completes on June 30, 2026, at 12:00 p.m.

PROGRAM 2 FREEZE (non-MCOP): June 25-30

During the upcoming funding entry freeze, please do not update funding on non-MCOP positions Thursday, June 25, 12PM through Tuesday, June 30, 12PM.

You can resume these transactions after the funding rollover completes on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at 12:00 p.m.

Note: Some funding entries and MCOP worksheets will not roll over.
