We received the following alert from the UCPath Center (UCPC). Please note:
- Sunday, September 5: some users will have limited access to the PayPath module during the new primary job program (E-024) migration.
- Tuesday, September 7: the update will be in the UCPath production environment.
Once UCPC finalizes the corresponding job aid, we will notify you via the CRU Newsletter.
UCPath will be migrating the new primary job program (E-024) to production on Sunday, September 5, 2021 from 11:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
During the 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. migration window, location users can continue initiating PayPath and mass PayPath transactions. However, the ability to approve PayPath and mass PayPath transactions will be prevented.
Important
- If a user has access to initiate AND approve PayPath transactions, they will not be able to initiate transactions during this time.
A notice will be distributed when the migration is completed and location approvers can continue reviewing and approving PayPath and mass PayPath transactions.
