Vacation Accrual Maximum Corrections Completed
As of Janaury 19, 2023, the UCPath Center UCPC) corrected accurals for 145 UCLA academic employees who worked less than a full-time equivalent (FTE) and had erroneously reduced vacation accrual maximums.
- If a part-time academic employee still has incorrect vacation accruals, please submit a case to UCPC.
October 6 | Update
On September 30, the UCPath Center (UCPC) fixed the defect that reduced vacation accrual maximums for academic employees who work less than a full-time equivalent (FTE). UCPC is correcting accruals for the impacted employees and tracking accrual cleanup via Jira UCP-121798.
Reminder: There is no need to submit requests for accrual updates related to this issue.
September 20 | Original Communication
UCPath identified a defect that reduced the vacation accrual maximum balances for academic employees who work hours less than a full-time equivalent (FTE). The vacation accrual maximum limit is 384 hours for all eligible employees, regardless of FTE. The error impacted monthly academic employees during the pay period ending July 31, 2022.
UCPath created Jira UCP-121022 to track the defect and will update accruals to resolve the issue. Please do not submit requests for accrual updates related to this issue.
