UCPath Notice: Phone Service Introducing Virtual Agents

On October 7, we received the following alert from the UCPath Center.

Beginning October 12, UCPath will introduce virtual agents to the phone service. After authenticating their identity, callers will speak to a virtual agent that can answer a few common questions regarding:

  • W2s,
  • paychecks,
  • vacation and sick accruals
  • direct deposit
  • employment verification
  • Public Service Loan Forgiveness forms

Note: Callers will still hear the average wait time while waiting to speak with an agent.

Over time, we plan to update the system to handle a broader range of questions. Additional notices will follow as new features are released.
