On 11/8/2021, the UCPath Center sent out the following communication to employees enrolled in a flexible spending account (FSA) for the 2021 plan year and have not re-enrolled for the 2022 plan year—a total of 23,095 employees from multiple locations.
Our records indicate that you are enrolled in a health and/or dependent care flexible spending account(s) (FSA) for the 2021 plan year but have not made your open enrollment elections to re-enroll for 2022 as of this morning.
As a reminder, you must re-enroll each year if you wish to continue with your FSA (it does not automatically roll over to the next year).
Note: If you have submitted your elections today, please disregard this notice. You can confirm that your elections have been submitted by reviewing your open enrollment event. If the event reflects a “Submitted” status, there is no further action needed on your part.
Open enrollment closes on November 19, 2021, at 5 p.m. If you would like to continue your health and/or dependent care flexible spending account (FSA) participation for the 2022 plan year, you will need to submit your elections by 5 p.m. on November 19, 2021.
