On November 1, we received the following alert from the UCPath Center (UCPC) regarding missing comp time accrued (CTA-Comp) and terminal vacation pay (TRM) adjustments for 369 UCLA employees.
The UCPath Center has identified approximately 1,839 UC employees with missing leave accrual transactions. The list of affected employees and transactions in Jira via task UCP-139649.
Leave Transaction Details
The missing leave accrual transactions mostly include comp time accrued (CTA-Comp) and terminal vacation pay (TRM) adjustments.
Resolution
UCPath has not identified the root cause of the issue. However, we are working to understand and mitigate potential recurrences. UCPath will provide an update when available.
No Action Required
Transactors may notice unposted submissions on Review Absence calendars. Please do not submit cases for accrual updates related to this issue.
