On 10/20/2021, we received the following alert from the UCPath Center.
UCPath would like to remind our location partners of the higher volume of transactions during this fall season. As of October 19, 2021, the current processing time is between one to eight days (averaging seven days).
We will continue working extended hours and weekends to help manage the increase in volume.
Note:
- For transaction scenarios requiring escalation or special handling, please continue to follow established escalation models
- UCPath will prioritize monthly transactions submitted within payroll processing deadlines to ensure accurate payroll processing (please do not submit case inquiries to have the transactions escalated).
