Did you know?
Job duration is a key factor in determining eligibility for employee benefit programs.
- When investigating a suspected employee benefits issue, always check FTE and duration before submitting a case to UCPath.
- Duration is not a field visible in UCPath – it is a calculation determined by looking at the Effective Date of the Action and the Expected End Date of the job.
- A job with no Expected End Date is considered indefinite.
- Duration is re-evaluated daily to capture increases in appointment duration when the Effective Date or Expected Job End Date is updated.
