  • Self Service Users (PHCMPOR110: Employee Actions: Personal Information):
    • Simulation: Opt Out - Verification of Employment Data File
    • Simulation: Opt In - Verification of Employment Data File
      • Updated to reflect the ability for students to opt out of the employment data file sent to The Work Number. (UCP-121222)
  • Payroll (Location Support for Payroll):
    • Job Aid: Review the Payroll Processing Schedule
      • Updated the Employee Data Change List section to match the Payroll Processing Calendar and added text to clarify Recurring Additional Pay entered via PayPath and E-330
  • Absence Management (PHCMABML200: Extended Leaves of Absence):
    • Job Aid: Extended Absence Request Leaves and Description
      • Updated the following leave types and descriptions:
        • LT Family BX/ BR, LT Medical BX/BR, ST Family BX/BR, and ST Medical BX/BR to align BX leave types under the BR benefit program

Did you know?

Job duration is a key factor in determining eligibility for employee benefit programs.

  • When investigating a suspected employee benefits issue, always check FTE and duration before submitting a case to UCPath.
  • Duration is not a field visible in UCPath – it is a calculation determined by looking at the Effective Date of the Action and the Expected End Date of the job.
  • A job with no Expected End Date is considered indefinite.
  • Duration is re-evaluated daily to capture increases in appointment duration when the Effective Date or Expected Job End Date is updated.
