Comment Criteria
Effective immediately, every Final Pay Request must include the following in the Initiator Comments box:
- Last Day on Paid Status
- Termination Transaction ID (if applicable)
- Auto-Termination Date (if applicable)
- New Outstanding Balances – Overpayment Transaction ID (if applicable)
Requests that are missing this information may experience processing delays – the UCPath Center will have to contact the Initiator to collect the missing details.

This document was developed for all locations – unless an employee has consented to apply their overpayment to their final pay and TRM payment, UCLA requests should not include any deduction information under New Outstanding Balances.
