On January 4, we received the following alert from the UCPath Center (UCPC):
- PFCB leaves cannot be submitted for employees without an available PFCB balance.
- We anticipate that monthly employee balances will be restored shortly after the January 2023 pay cycle (Run ID 230131M0X).
Note: While this issue is under review, please refrain from sending PFCB cases to UCPC.
The UCPath Center identified an issue preventing the submission of Pay for Family Care and Bonding (PFCB) leaves for employees who previously had a PFCB balance.
- Until there is a resolution or workaround, please hold PFCB submissions for employees who previously used PFCB leave.
- You may submit new PFCB leave requests.
UCPath is working diligently to resolve this issue and will provide updates when available. In the meantime, please do not submit cases for PFCB leaves or balance reviews. We apologize for the inconvenience.
