UCPath Alert: Employee Direct Deposit Changes

On February 8, the UCPath Center (UCPC) sent the following alert regarding direct deposit.

  • This delay impacted 599 UCLA Campus employees and 152 UCLA Medical Center employees.
  • UCPC fixed the issue and subsequently informed all impacted employees of the error on February 8.

To: General UCPath Communications distribution

UCPath identified an issue that prevented bank confirmation of employee direct deposit changes. This issue began Monday, December 20, and UCPath resolved it Saturday, February 5. 
 
Impact: 3,824 employees who made direct deposit changes during this period may have received their pay via paper check instead of direct deposit.
 
UCPath has corrected the issue, and all employee direct deposit changes made from December 20 through February 5 have been sent to employees’ banks for confirmation.
