Effective May 2022, Mitratech - Tracker will stop providing Internet Explorer 11 (IE11) support for the Tracker I-9 system.
What does this mean?
If you currently use Internet Explorer, please switch to one of the following web browsers when accessing Tracker I-9:
- Chrome (preferred)
- FireFox
- Safari
- Microsoft Edge
Note: Customers using IE11 will not be blocked from accessing Tracker I-9; however, some features may not properly function. After May 2022, CRU/UCLA Payroll Partner will be unable to assist with IE11 Tracker I-9 issues.
Why did Miratech implement this change?
- Updating Mitratech’s - Tracker I-9 browser support allows for increased performance, improved security, and a better user experience.
- By shifting focus away from IE11, Mitratech - Tracker can more quickly develop and test new features.
