To avoid delays in payroll processing, please do not approve PayPath transactions Friday, July 23, 5PM through Friday, July 30, 6AM. For details, please see 2021 UCPath Production Processing Schedule.  

Summer Session Teaching Payroll Processing Reminder

As a reminder, the deadline for approving Additional Pay transactions for Summer Session Teaching assignments is Tuesday, July 20 by 3:00 PM.

RESOLVED: UCPath Help Site is Down

On 7/16/2021, the UCPath Center notified us of a temporary issue with SharePoint was subsequently resolved. The UCPath Help site is now functioning as designed. As a reminder, clearing your web browser cache will help provide a better user experience.


UCPath Online Demonstrations 

The UCPath Center offers UCPath online demonstrations to show how employees can use the portal for a variety of Employee Self-Service (ESS) tasks every Thursday from 2pm to 3pm (excluding university holidays.)

Top UCPath Defects, Limitations, and Change Requests for UCLA

Recently, we updated the list of the top known defects and change requests in UCPath that impact UCLA and UCLA Medical Center. See this month's highlights below: 



Workforce Administration (WFA) & Payroll

  • Defect: Changes to Position Data do not update Job Data when the Effective Date used is the current date
  • Change Request: End Additional Pay when associated job terminates

 

UCPath General Ledger (GL) & Funding

  •  Resolved: Add EARN Code RFA to the list of direct retro eligible earnings in the E-713 Extension Field Configuration
