BW PayPath Lockdown: January 11-14

To avoid delays in payroll processing, UCPath Center will limit system functionality on specific pages during payroll processing from Tuesday, January 11, 5PM, through Friday, January 14, 6AM.

I-9 Processing Procedures

Jan 25-26, 9AM - 4PM

As a reminder, we offer an I-9 Processing Procedures class to help users understand the procedures for completing the U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services Employment Eligibility Verification (I-9 Form). This class is valuable to employees with new responsibilities in this area, but it can also be used as a refresher for veterans.

Register for I-9 Processing Procedures Class: 1/25/2022 & 1/26/2022, 9AM - 4PM

UCPath General Ledger and Funding News

Direct Retro Processing Schedule 2021-2022

Recently, UCPath updated the Direct Retro Processing Schedule. This schedule outlines when direct retros must be approved in order to be picked up and posted to the Labor Ledger. It also identifies when you can expect to see the approved direct retros in our Labor Ledger and subsequently in our General Ledger.

Dates now available from July 2021 through March 2022 in this article in our knowledge base.

Academic Apprentice Personnel Policy Training | Grad Division

Jan 19, 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Graduate Division will host an Academic Apprentice Personnel Policy Training on Wednesday, January 19, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. This course will cover the policy on Academic Student Employees (ASE), Graduate Student Researcher (GSR) permitted Leaves, and the appropriate Leave Code usage in UCPath.

On 1/5/2022, the UCPath Center requested that 35 UCLA Campus employees and 7 UCLA Medical Center employees update personal information to satisfy a UC Health Benefit vendor requirement. CRU/UCLA Payroll Partner will follow up with the affected employees. You may find a copy of this message on our website.
