PayPath Lockdown
Biweekly: November 30 - December 3
To avoid delays in payroll processing, UCPath Center will limit system functionality on specific pages during payroll processing from Tuesday, November 30, 5PM, through Friday, December 3, 6AM.
Refer to the UCPath Production Processing Schedule for start and stop times of the Pay Confirm.

The UCPath system will be unavailable to all UC employees from Friday, December 10, 12pm to Monday, December 13, 6am while UCPath implements the PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) Upgrade.

Payroll & HR News
UCPath Changes and Enhancements November 19-24, 2021
- Planned Maintenance: UCPath will be unavailable from 12pm Friday, December 10, through 6am Monday, December 13, to complete the UCPath upgrade.
- Code Freeze: A code freeze is in effect November 2 – December 31 to support the UCPath upgrade. There will be minimal changes to UCPath during this timeframe to ensure a smooth implementation.
- Training: The UCPath Training Team updated training materials for Workforce Administration on the UCPath Help Site. For a full list of changes, please see this article on our website.
Important Changes to UCLA Payroll Processing Deadlines for December 2021
To accommodate the holiday campus closure, we have updated our mass pay file deadlines for the last two December 2021 pay periods. The new deadline is Friday, December 17.
- Please review the information in the article on our website to ensure that your files are submitted by the deadlines and that your employees are paid on time.

Job Record End Date Monitoring
As of 11/22/2021, there are over 22,545 UC employee records and 877 contingent worker records with an “Expected Job End Date” on December 31, 2021. Monitor and ensure your department's records are up to date to avoid unintended job terminations or overpayments.
