Biweekly PayPath Lockdown: October 5-8
To avoid delays in payroll processing, UCPath Center will limit system functionality on specific pages during payroll processing from Tuesday, October 5, 5PM, through Friday, October 8, 6AM.
Refer to the UCPath Production Processing Schedule for start and stop times of the Pay Confirm.

UCPath Notice: 2022 Open Enrollment Dates
This year’s open enrollment period will start Thursday, Oct. 28, at 8 a.m. and end Friday, Nov. 19, at 5 p.m. Historically, that’s a change from our usual Open Enrollment deadline of the Tuesday before Thanksgiving.
- UCPath will host open enrollment webinars starting at the end of October into November.

Fall I-9 Summit
On 9/21/2021, over 150 people attended our Fall I-9 webinar. This forum helped transactors prepare for the return to campus and understand how the resumption of in-person operations impacts I-9 procedures.

Direct Retro Processing Schedule 2021-2022
Recently, UCPath updated the Direct Retro Processing Schedule. This schedule outlines when direct retros must be approved in order to be picked up and posted to the Labor Ledger. It also identifies when you can expect to see the approved direct retros in our Labor Ledger and subsequently in our General Ledger.

Continuation of Documentation for TPS Beneficiaries for 6 Countries Extended Thru Dec 2022
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has automatically extended the employment authorization expiration date through December 31, 2022 for: El Salvador, Haiti, Honduras, Nepal, Nicaragua, and Sudan.

HR Primary Job - Update 9/30
Three weeks after implementing the new HR Primary Job derivation, the UCPath Center reports no related cases or defects. Here are some HR Primary Job stats September 7-28:
- 6 minutes – Average Run Time
- 241 – Average number of Employees Processed
- 9 – Average number of Errors (mostly due to Expired Job End Dates)
