UCPath Notice: Tracker Profile ID vs. I-9 ID
On 9/1/2021, we received a reminder from the UCPath Center regarding Tracker Profile ID. Please note:
- If the I-9 ID is entered in error it can potentially overwrite another employees profile and integrate erroneous Citizenship and Work Authorization information in UCPath for your new hire.
- If the Profile ID is not entered, a new Tracker I-9 will be initiated causing a duplicate profile.
- This will require a case to CRU to resolve.

"Page Not Found" Got You Down?
CRU's comprehensive knowledge base (KB) has yet to be fully integrated into our website, which is why you may encounter a "Page Not Found" error when searching for a specific article or resource. But, that doesn't mean you can't access the materials you need!
Thanks to your latest feedback, we've made a few additions to our site.
A Search that Adds Up
Use our new KB Search to comb through CRU's hundreds of helpful articles. Accessing it is as simple as clicking:
- the "KB Search" tab in the main menu,
- the highlight on our home page, or
- the button at the bottom of our Training Resources page.
Fun Fact: We recently updated our "Page Not Found" error message so that you can easily navigate to this new tool!
Adding, Not Subtracting
The KB Search does not replace our site's standard search. Integration is on the horizon... until then, your online Payroll Partner should be accessed both ways!
TIP: Skip the search entirely by leveraging the curated content on our Training and Resources pages.
