Monthly PayPath Blackout: July 23-28

To avoid delays in payroll processing, please do not approve monthly PayPath transactions Friday, July 23, 5PM through Wednesday, July 28, 6AM. For details, please see 2021 UCPath Production Processing Schedule.  


Biweekly PayPath Lockdown: July 27-30

Beginning Tuesday, July 27 at 5PM, UCPath Center will limit system functionality on specific pages during payroll processing. Some pages in UCPath will appear as “read only” between the “stop” and “resume” dates/times on the UCPath Production Processing Schedule.

  • PayPath transactions will be displayed as “read only” for any employee being processed in the current pay cycle. 
  • The Mass PayPath Approval page will be displayed as “read only” for all employees

Cru.ucla.edu is your one-stop shop for resources! But, we know the current site design isn't meeting your needs. Earlier this year, we conducted user experience research to pinpoint how to best make our site an extension of us, your Payroll Partner. 
 
We are excited to announce our site's new, human-centered design will be gracing your screen in early August. This is just the beginning - stay tuned for new website features and updates! 

New eLearning Course Update

Previously, we highlighted an effort by the CRU Training Team to complete a cursory content update of 8 UCPath online courses. The impacted online courses in the UC Learning Center (LMS) were not accessible from July 17 through July 25.

  • Now available: The cursory update for the first 4 online courses has been completed. If you completed a previous version of any of these courses, you are not required to take the updated version.
  • By Monday, August 2: We expect to complete our update and upload new versions of the remaining 4 online courses to the LMS.
