Verify UCPath Data to Avoid Unnecessary Delays and Errors

The Central Resource Unit has noticed a substantial increase in UCPath data errors that result in UID matching discrepancies, delayed access (e.g., UCPath, time and attendance), and additional administrative work.

Prior to processing, it is critical that all UCPath data is reviewed for typos. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Social Security Number

Additionally, initiators should always verify that the information provided by an employee matches the employee's documentation.
