The UCPath General Ledger (GL) modules will be unavailable to all UC employees during January 2024 to support UC Davis’s and UC ANR’s transition to the Oracle Cloud Financials system.
Expected UCPath GL Outage Times
Thursday, January 4, at 12:00 AM until Monday, January 8, at 12:00 PM.
Impact
All GL modules in UCPath will be unavailable. Transactors cannot view or submit funding entry, salary cost transfer, benefits cost transfer or budget distribution transactions during this downtime.
Other system modules (Absence Management, Benefits Administration, Payroll, Workforce Administration, etc.) will not be affected.
How Can I Prepare?
Please complete all necessary UCPath GL transactions before the outage begins.
UCPath will send updates at the start and completion of the GL downtime.
