Beginning October 19, UCPath will pilot SMS notifications for certain direct deposit changes as part of ongoing account security enhancements. 

Employees who receive a text message should follow the instructions provided to confirm whether they made the change.

Adjustment requests for overpayments occurring January 1 through October 1, 2026, must be submitted by October 16, 2026.

Open Enrollment for 2027 Benefits: Starting 8:00 AM (PT), Thursday, October 29 through 5:00 PM (PT), Friday, November 20, 2026

On October 6, distributed the following open enrollment notice to UC employees.

CRU will be closed from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (PT) on Friday, September 25, 2026, while our team attends a university conference. 

Cases submitted during the closure period will be reviewed when the office reopens from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (PT).

A special protocol is required for submitting off-cycle pay requests near quarter-end for monthly paid employees to ensure wages are captured accurately in UCPath for requests that span two quarters.
