Tracker I-9 authorized users may not provide Form I-9 copies to any campus department, auditor, or other agency.
If you are being audited and the agency (internal or external to UCLA) requests a copy of an employee’s Form I-9, create a case.
In the Tracker system, terminated employee I-9s have a Purge status. It is the responsibility of departments to verify the validity of this status and request an I-9 be officially purged once the purge date requirement is met.
UCPath PayPath transactions now display a new Dotted-Line Report field, which should be left blank by campus transactors.
To improve performance, the UCPath Off-cycle Dashboard no longer displays a default list. Please search using an Employee ID or Transaction ID.

On April 27, UCPath issued corrected Forms W‑2 (W‑2c) and informed approximately 7,500 employees impacted by updated reporting guidance for mandatory Summer Salary DC Plan contributions in 2025.
This is a reporting correction only and does not affect taxable income or taxes withheld; no action is required at this time.
On March 16, UCPath launched the new employee support chatbot, PathPal. Phase 1 will help users navigate common “how-to” questions using approved UCPath job aid resources.
