On November 17, we received the following notice from the UCPath Center.
To strengthen UCPath account security and help protect employee information, UCPath will notify employees in real time about important account changes using automated outbound phone calls.
Beginning November 17, 2025, employees who have recently updated their direct deposit information may receive an automated call confirming the change.
The phone calls will be made between the hours of 9am – 4pm, Monday to Friday. Employees will hear an automated message asking them to confirm a recent change to their direct deposit information. The response options that will be presented include:
- Yes, I made the change
- No, I did not make the change & transfer to UCPath
- Transfer to UCPath
- Voicemail left or no response
Dedicated UCPath associates will be available to answer questions from employees who choose to be transferred to UCPath.
