The UCPath Oracle User Productivity Kit (UPK) Help Site will be decommissioned in September 2026. 

Moving forward, UCPath Center training materials, job aids, and knowledge resources will be available as knowledge articles on Ask UCPath.

Hosting these resources on Ask UCPath provides increased efficiency when completing resource updates, improved compliance with accessibility standards, and a centralized location for UCPath Transactor and Employee Self-Service resources.

Once the UPK help site is decommissioned, UCPath Help Site links will be integrated into the UCPath Help navigation tab and users will experience improved search functionality for articles.

To support this transition, UCPath Center has provided several resources:

The file also maps each UPK Help Site topic to its new Ask UCPath article.

UCPath Transactors

When searching within the Ask UCPath Knowledge Base, select Location Users (PS Modules) to access transactor training materials, job aids, and reference resources.

Employees Using Self-Service Resources

Employees seeking self-service guidance should use the Self-Service search bar available within UCPath. Users may also access self-service content by selecting Self Service Users within the Ask UCPath knowledge base.

While the UCPath Help Site links are not integrated into the UCPath Help navigation tab yet, the UCPath Help Site knowledge article library has been uploaded to Ask UCPath and is available now.

We encourage all users to familiarize themselves with the UCPath Help Site knowledge articles in Ask UCPath prior to the September decommissioning of the UPK Help Site to ensure continued access to training and support resources.
