UCPath Notice: Off-Cycle Dashboard Access

On April 30, we received the following alert from the UCPath Center (UCPC):

  • UCPath implemented performance updates to the Off‑cycle Dashboard
  • To improve load times, users must now search by Employee ID or Transaction ID
  • UCPC is reviewing long‑term enhancements and will share updates as available

UCPath Off-cycle Dashboard Access

Users accessing the UCPath Off-cycle Dashboard should be aware of changes made to improve performance.
 
Users will not see a pre-populated list of off-cycle transactions, as they would have previously. To maximize performance, users should enter either an Employee ID or a Transaction ID into the Selection Criteria to locate the record they require.
 
UCPath is reviewing options for a long-term solution that will improve the user experience.
 
We will share updates as they become available.
