When you submit a termination in UCPath, any existing Expected Job End Date will be carried over to the termination row. If that date isn't manually removed, the system's End Job Automatically process can trigger, unintentionally deleting any actions that follow, including a planned rehire.
This small detail can cause major issues—like lost rehire records, frustrating delays, and unnecessary troubleshooting.
What you can do
- Before finalizing a termination, check for and remove the Expected Job End Date.
