The UCPath General Ledger (GL) modules will be unavailable to all UC employees November 22-23 as UCPath implements the November 2025 Release - Simplify GL Phase 1.
Expected UCPath GL Outage Times
Saturday, November 22, at 12:00 AM until Monday, November 24, at 12:00 AM.
Impact
All GL modules in UCPath will be unavailable. Transactors cannot view or submit Budget, Funding, Salary & Benefit Cost Transfer transactions during this downtime.
Other system modules (Absence Management, Benefits Administration, Payroll, Workforce Administration, etc.) will not be affected.
What is Changing?
This is the first step toward simplifying the UCPath general ledger structure to improve future financial reporting and processing.
- Phase 1 adds new structural components to the ledger, preparing UCPath systems for future transition
- No changes to existing ledgers, processes or reports at this time
How Can I Prepare?
Please complete all necessary UCPath GL transactions before the outage begins.
UCPath will send updates at the start and completion of the GL downtime.
