UCPath eForm Enhancements Delayed

Following a short period of anticipated unavailability, the planned enhancements to UCPath eForms for Benefits (BN), Absence Management (AM), Payroll (PY), and Records & Fulfillment (R&F) were delayed on May 29, 2026.

UCPath will establish and communicate a new implementation timeline once dates are confirmed. When deployed, the upgraded eForms will deliver improved usability and navigation, enhanced accessibility, and a more streamlined user experience.


In preparation to implement UCPath eForm Enhancements Phase 3, all eForms will be unavailable starting May 27 at 12:01 a.m. (PT). 

  • UCPath will process all previously submitted forms during this downtime.
  • All eForms will be available again on Monday, June 1, 2026.

Please ensure that you make any necessary eForm updates before these dates.
