In preparation to implement UCPath eForm Enhancements Phase 3, all eForms will be unavailable starting September 16 at 12:01 a.m. (PT). 

  • UCPath will process all previously submitted forms during this downtime.
  • All eForms will be available again on Monday, September 21, 2026.

Please ensure that you make any necessary eForm updates before these dates.
